A refined nose combining the flavours of freshly baked pastries and hints of a creamy apple based dessert. On the palate the vibrant citrus notes from the Chardonnay are perfectly harmonised with the gentle softness of the Pinot Noir leading to a luxurious finish reminiscent of baked Braeburn apples.
Non Vintage Classic Cuvée x2 (Valued £44)

Blending together the three traditional "Champagne" varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages, our NV Sparkling Cuvée was left to age in bottle for two years on its lees.

Fresh and fruity, the wine is soft and dry with intense lemon, apple and mineral flavours. The crisp finish makes it a perfect aperitif and equally a great wine pairing with light fish dishes or any type of seafood.

2015 Blanc de Blancs x 2 (Valued £54)
This is the sixth release of our vintage Blanc de Blancs and has benefitted from a long cellar ageing softening the acidity and refining the balance of the wine as well as developing its complex flavours.

The wine is dry yet the aromas remind us of baked apples and lemon peel, it’s a beautiful wine to drink with food and it will naturally match most fish dishes, and especially those prepared with a creamy sauce or with a hint of spice.
