Partners In Vine

This is a limited capacity event with ONLY 20 spaces available! This puts you on our priority list meaning you'll beat the crowds once tickets go live. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first basis.

What to expect at our Partners In Vine event:

Discover the amazing journey we have been on as a small, family vineyard. Our Summer Solstice event will see "Partners In Vine" Owner Mike Wagstaff and Vineyard Manager David Line offer guests a unique window into the history of Greyfriars and how we produce our award-winning sparkling wines. Mike will be pouring a special selection of wines from the cellar that are not served on our regular tours and tastings - including a late-disgorged magnum of our Wine GB 2021 Trophy Winning 2015 Cuvée Royale. David will be bringing his best vineyard chat as he gives you a behind the scenes look into the growing season. This promises to be an amazing event that caters for the casual fizz fan and English wine enthusiasts alike!

Mike will also demonstrate the art of the 'Sabreur' - how to open a sparkling wine bottle with a uniqely Napoleonic twist. If you are lucky you may even get to have a go yourself!

We offer a 10% discount on all wine purchased at the event and you will also receive a souvenir Greyfriars tasting glass to take home with you.

Duration: Approx. 2 hours

Cost: £28 per person (£20 for Budburst and Inflorescence Wine Club Members, Free for Veraison Members)

Suitable clothes and footware.

​We are unable to take on-line reservations on the day, please telephone 01483 813712 for availability. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the event is due to begin. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee late arrivals access to the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on tickets for this event. We may cancel the event due to exceptionally low-enrolment, extreme inclement weather, or any other circumstances which would make the event unviable. We reserve the right to postpone/amend the start time of the event as required.
