Our special guest, Rosie from the Towpath Kitchen, will guide you through the art of crafting perfect pasta. With choices ranging from classic Spaghetti to comforting Penne, elegant Tagliatelle, or charming Farfalle, you'll shape your pasta just the way you like it.

Kick off the evening with a generous pour of our favourite sparkling wine, accompanied by a selection of delectable nibbles. As you settle in, Rosie will lead you through the pasta-making masterclass. While your dough takes a breather, we'll treat you to a trio of award-winning wine samples. We'll chat about the wines and share insights into the perfect food pairings.

After the tasting, it's time to put the finishing touches on your handmade pasta. Then, take a seat and savour a bowl of your very own artisan creation, served with a choice of homemade red or green pesto and a generous sprinkle of 30-month-aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. The experience culminates with a final sip of sparkling wine, leaving your taste buds utterly content.
