This limited-edition wine is our first-ever Sparkling Pinot Gris from the 2023 vintage, with fewer than 1,000 bottles produced. Made from 100% Pinot Gris lovingly grown by us in the Surrey Hills, the grapes were hand-picked by our fantastic volunteers and then delicately pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Produced using the traditional method, this wine has matured in our cellars after bottling for just over 12 months prior to release. With delightfully pure aromas and flavours of fresh orchard fruit, this delicate wine would serve as a wonderful aperitif for any occasion. We hope you enjoy drinking this wine as much as we did making it.

This beautifully delicate sparkling wine boasts crisp hints of apple blossom on the nose that give way to a refreshing palate of bright orchard fruit leading to a lovely finish of honeysuckle with a hint of pastry.
