Spring in a glass! Pale light colour indicating a young wine with no use of oak. On the nose, creamy mango gives way to delightful floral notes of white flowers such as chamomile. The palate continues the same journey as the nose with additional notes of white pepper and finally ripe dessert pear fruit flavours, lovely freshness on the finish.

It would pair beautifully with a courgette and pear quiche due to the
chamomile notes. It would also be a worthy partner to seafood dishes using cream-based sauces.

MATURATION : This is our second release of a single varietal Still Pinot Blanc.

The fruit was machine harvested at the end of September 2025 with fermentation taking place in stainless
steel tanks. 50% of the wine was left with residual sugar with the other 50% of the juice fermented dry and put through malolactic fermentation.
The wine was bottled in February 2026 and released at the end of March 2026
