Our latest Non Vintage Rosé was bottled in 2022 using a combination of reserve wines dating back to 2015 and base wine from the 2021 vintage. At a slightly higher dosage than our Rosé Reserve, the extra sweetness introduced brings a burst of a blueberry like finish from the juicy Pinot Noir.

Fresh and fruity, it is soft and dry and the crisp finish makes it a perfect aperitif and equally a great wine pairing with Asian and Japanese flavours, especially sushi. Lastly we can’t resist it with a dessert using a fruit that has a bit of kick to it, think apple and rhubarb crumble, a delight!

82% Pinot Noir, 18% Pinot Meunier

Bottled in April 2022 and matured on lees for a minimum of 18 months.
