Our first ever Skin Contact Pinot Gris boasts a copper hue that leads with a pronounced aromas of herbs and baking spices such as all-spice before moving to notes of root ginger and gentle stone fruit such as apricot. The front palates continues with apricot fruit flavours before giving way to a silky mid palate of honeyed peaches and a lingering finish of refreshing orange peel. The wine is balanced beautifully between it’s natural freshness and the lovely length and grip from the skin contact.
