Now we have reached March, pruning is nearly complete and all 62,000 vines are ready for the new year's growth and bud burst as the weather hopefully warms up!
We have been busy blending the new wines from the 2017 harvest and we have high hopes for this vintage. Although we are relatively quiet at the moment at Greyfriars, tours and tastings as detailed on our website are filling up fast so make sure you book soon if you would like to come. Remember our Open Days are also now detailed on the website and are open to all free of charge.
