This is the third Blanc de Noirs we have produced and the fifth release in the Greyfriars limited edition range.

The wine showcases a delightfully delicate golden hue, bursting with aromas and flavours of honeyed red apples. Subtle hints of crisp red berries such as cranberry and redcurrant add freshness and vibrancy to the overall profile. A touch of butter and brioche emerges on the palate, giving the wine a delicately creamy finesse on the finish.

We recommend this as an aperitif or a celebration wine but the outstanding balance of the wine will also be a treat with lighter roasted meats such as pheasant or duck, soft cheeses and truffle based dishes.

Blend: 100% Pinot Noir

Bottled: Bottled in Spring 2020 and matured on lees for over 36 months in our chalk cellars prior to release.

Alcohol: 11.5%

Dosage: 7g/L
