- Grape Varieties - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier
- ABV - 12%
- Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation
- Bottled - 2016
- Numbers - 60 bottles
- Disgorged - Spring 2024 onwards
- Dosage - 9g/L
- Released - Autumn 2024. This wine has had a minimum of 8 years on the lees and cork
