Our Non-Vintage Still Yvonne is a dry, aromatic white wine with a pale lemon colour and expressive aromas of cantaloupe, fresh citrus and delicate orchard fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with lively citrus flavours leading to notes of ripe red apple. A soft, smooth texture and pleasing weight carry through to a lingering finish of juicy stone fruits, including peach and nectarine. Fresh, balanced and versatile, this is an easy-drinking wine with plenty of character.

Tasting Notes & Food Pairing

The Yvonne is a wonderfully food-friendly wine that pairs well with seafood, salads and lightly spiced dishes. Try it with smoked trout salad or a delicately spiced Thai yellow curry.

Winemaking Techniques

Maturation: The grapes for this wine are from a combination of hand harvested (2023 and 2024) and machine harvested (2025) fruit from our Greyfriars and Monkshatch vineyard sites. The final wine is an exciting blend of components from three vintages: 2023, 2024 and 2025. 12% of the blend was fermented on skins for 5 days. 20% of the blend was put through malolactic fermentation. 35% of the blend was fermented and aged in used oak barrels for over six months.
