We like to do things a little differently here at Greyfriars, and our NV Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc represents exactly that.

This third release of our “SB” is a refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously English Sauvignon Blanc aromas of nettle, gooseberry & grass, heightened by flavours on the palate that deliver a savoury note. Soft and dry with a lovely sparkle, the wine is bright and fresh with hints of soft greengage and tomato leaf.

This wine works incredibly well on its own as an aperitif but it will also pair beautifully with pan- fried Dover sole with lemon and caper butter or grilled chicken breast with lemon and thyme, fresh seafood starters, and mild creamy cheeses.

MATURATION : Bottled in Spring 2020, matured on lees for over 36 months, disgorged in November 2023 and released in January 2024
