SPARKLING
The foundation of the English wine industry is rooted in the success that our traditional method sparkling wines have had on the global stage over the past decade or so. This is exactly our focus here at Greyfriars, to produce world class English Sparkling Wine. Our passion fuels this priority, and is reflected in multiple gold awards over the years, with our most recent coming in the 2025 WineGB, where our Classic Cuvee 2016 won gold.
STILL
The climate is developing here and as such it is allowing us the ability to make some great still wines. From light, delicate still rosé to our aromatic and fruity white blend of Pinot Gris & Chardonnay we aim to represent all that is possible in these exciting times for still English wines, and with our 2021 Still Rosé recently being showcased on ITV's Love Your Weekend, we believe we've made a pretty good job of it.

Our cases are the perfect reflection of what we have to offer.
