  • How do I buy wine from you?
    You can buy our wines directly from us by ordering through the website by clicking on "Shop" in the menu. We currently offer free home/office delivery nationwide on all online orders over £45. ​ Alternatively, you can visit us at the vineyard at our Cellar Door Shop and purchase our range of wines by the bottle, case, or even by the pallet!
  • Do you offer click and collect?
    Yes! You can order through our online shop and select Contactless Cellar Door Collection which is free of charge. Orders can be picked up at our Cellar Door Shop anytime from 10am to 4pm, Wednesday to Saturday.
  • When is your Cellar Door Shop open?
    Our shop is typically open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am-4pm but please check the bottom of our website as we will make any changes to our opening times there. Please contact us if you are unsure or would like to check our opening hours.
  • Are you running tours and events?
    Yes! We run tours and events all year round. You can book a tour and tasting event by clicking here. Click on the 'Visit Us' button on the website menu for more information.
  • Can I bring children on a tour?
    Regretfully, our guided tour and tasting events are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Families with children are always welcome at our Cellar Door Shop.
  • Can I bring my dog on a tour?
    While we are all dog lovers here at Greyfriars, we are regretfully unable to accommodate dogs on our vineyard tour and tasting events due to the tour taking place in wine production areas and bearing in mind other tour guests who may or may not be comfortable with dogs. Dogs are welcome on our self-guided tours around the vineyard and you would be welcome to take your dog for a walk around the vines before or after the tour. Dogs on a lead are allowed in our Cellar Door Shop but not in our Tasting Room/Wine Bar.
  • What is the best way to contact you if I have a query?
    Due to our small team at the vineyard and the dynamic nature of our business, we are unable to constantly man our office phone. Emailing us at is the best way to ensure that your query is received and answered as quickly as possible.
  • I have to cancel my current tour booking, can I rebook?
    Yes - as long as you let us know with at least five working days notice. ​ We aim to be as accommodating as possible but our ticket policy is that if you or any member of your group do not show up for a tour without letting us know five working days in advance then we are unable to offer any exchange for an alternative tour date. Regretfully, our tour tickets/vouchers are non-refundable.
  • How long does my tour voucher last for?
    Please check your tour voucher(s) as it should have an expiry date (for vouchers purchased in person) or will detail the length of validity in the description (for vouchers purchased online)
