How do I buy wine from you?

​​At present, the only way to buy our wines directly from us is to order wine through the website by clicking on "Our Wines". We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express via our online wineshop. 

 
 
Is your Cellar Door Shop open?

In view of the rapidly changing circumstances and latest advice from the UK Government and Public Health England surrounding COVID-19, we have taken the unfortunate decision to close our Cellar Door Shop until further notice.

 

This kind of decision is difficult for any small independent business but is the best one to minimise the risk to our customers and our staff. This is and will always be our top priority.


In the meantime, you can still place orders with us online or via email or phone. For more information please click here.  We are offering free delivery nationwide on all online orders over £30 and free delivery on orders of any size to selected local postcodes.

Are you running tours and events?

Here at Greyfriars we are closely monitoring advice from Public Health England and the UK Government regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and are complying with their recommendations. 

This means that all our tours and events are POSTPONED until further notice. We will keep everyone updated with any changes to this as the situation develops. 

We have also closed our Cellar Door Shop and moved to online orders for home/office delivery only. For our shipments, we use a courier service (APC/Wey Group) that operates nationwide. You can visit our online shop by clicking here.

 
 
Is my 2020 tour voucher/ticket still valid or can the validity of my voucher/ticket be extended if my tour is postponed?

 

If you have already redeemed your tour vouchers or bought tickets for one of the postponed tour dates that does not take place we will of course be happy to move your booking over to another tour date in 2020.

 

This can be done by entering your order/voucher number on the registration form for your chosen tour date/time on the following page of our website: https://www.greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk/redeemtourvoucher

Regretfully, we are unable to offer refunds on tour tickets and vouchers but will endeavour to offer as much flexibility as possible bearing in mind individual circumstances to ensure that you are able to come and see us on one of our tours when they resume. This may include extending the validity of tour tickets and vouchers to our 2021 tours if necessary. 

 
 
What is the best way to contact you if I have a query?
 

Due to minimal staff present at the vineyard we are unable to man our phones consistently.

 

Therefore, emailing us at info@greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk is the best way to ensure that your query is received and answered as quickly as possible.
