Can I bring children on a tour?

Regretfully, our guided tour and tasting events are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Families with children are always welcome at our Cellar Door Shop where  can visit us for a self-guided tour.

Can I bring my dog on a tour?

While we are all dog lovers here at Greyfriars, we are unable to accept dogs on the tour due to the smaller tour group sizes we are currently running as part of the Covid-19 safety arrangements we have put in place and the space required to deliver the tour safely.

What are you doing with respect to Covid-19 safety?

We have implemented a number of arrangements for the health and safety of our visitors and staff so that you can visit us safely  and enjoy our beautiful vineyard with your friends and family.

You can view our Covid-19 Safety Information here: https://www.greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk/covid-19-safety-information

I have to cancel my current tour booking, can I rebook?

Yes - as long as you letting us know with at least five working days notice.

You wouldn't believe how many sudden freak car accidents/cases of appendicitis/long lost reunions/premature births take place on the morning of our vineyard tours at weekends. We aim to be as accommodating as possible but our ticket policy is that if you or any member of your group do not show up for a tour without letting us know five working days in advance then we are unable to offer any exchange for an alternative tour date. Regretfully our tour tickets/vouchers are non-refundable.

Is my 2020 tour voucher/ticket still valid or can the validity of my voucher/ticket be extended if my tour was postponed/cancelled due to Covid-19?

If you have already redeemed your tour vouchers or bought tickets for one of the postponed 2020 tour dates that did not take place we will of course be happy to move your booking over to another tour date in 2021.

This can be done by entering your order/voucher number on the registration form for your chosen tour date/time on the following page of our website: https://www.greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk/redeemtourvoucher

Regretfully, we are unable to offer refunds on tour tickets and vouchers but will endeavour to offer as much flexibility as possible bearing in mind individual circumstances to ensure that you are able to come and see us on one of our tours in 2021.

What is the best way to contact you if I have a query?

Due to our small team at the vineyard and the dynamic nature of our business, we are unable to constantly man our office phone.

Emailing us at info@greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk is the best way to ensure that your query is received and answered as quickly as possible.
