How do I buy wine from you?
You can buy our wines directly from us by ordering through the website by clicking on "Our Wines". We are offering free home/office delivery nationwide on all online orders over £45.
Alternatively, you can visit us at the vineyard at our Cellar Door Shop and purchase our range of wines by the bottle, case, or even by the pallet!
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! You can order through our online shop (https://www.greyfriarsvineyard.co.uk/shop) and select Contactless Cellar Door Collection which is free of charge. Orders can be picked up at our Cellar Door Shop anytime from 10am to 4pm, Wednesday to Saturday.
Is your Cellar Door Shop open?
Yes, our Cellar Door Shop is open for our self-guided tour, wine sales and for the collection of online click and collect orders.

Are you running tours and events?
Yes! We are running tours and events all year round. These are typically pre-booked.

Can I bring children on a tour?
Regretfully, our guided tour and tasting events are not suitable for children under the age of 18. Families with children are always welcome at our Cellar Door Shop where can visit us for a self-guided tour.
Can I bring my dog on a tour?
While we are all dog lovers here at Greyfriars, we are regretfully unable to accommodate dogs on our vineyard tour and tasting events due to the tour taking place in wine production areas and bearing in mind other tour guests who may or may not be comfortable with dogs.
Dogs are welcome on our self-guided tours around the vineyard and you would be welcome to take your dog for a walk around the vines before or after the tour. Dogs on a lead are allowed in our Cellar Door Shop but not in our Tasting Room/Wine Bar.
What are you doing with respect to Covid-19 safety?
We have implemented a number of arrangements for the health and safety of our visitors and staff so that you can visit us safely and enjoy our beautiful vineyard with your friends and family.

I have to cancel my current tour booking, can I rebook?
Yes - as long as you let us know with at least five working days notice.
You wouldn't believe how many sudden freak car accidents/cases of appendicitis/long lost reunions/premature births take place on the morning of our vineyard tours at weekends. We aim to be as accommodating as possible but our ticket policy is that if you or any member of your group do not show up for a tour without letting us know five working days in advance then we are unable to offer any exchange for an alternative tour date. Regretfully our tour tickets/vouchers are non-refundable.
Is my tour voucher/ticket still valid or can the validity of my voucher/ticket be extended if my tour was postponed/cancelled due to Covid-19?
Due to the last few years of uncertainty due to Covid-19, we are accepting tour vouchers purchased in 2020 and 2021 on any tour date in 2022. From 2023 onwards we will no longer be accepting 2019, 2020 or 2021 unused tour tickets/vouchers.

Regretfully, we are unable to offer refunds on tour tickets and vouchers but will endeavour to offer as much flexibility as possible bearing in mind individual circumstances to ensure that you are able to come and see us on one of our tours in 2022.
