How It Works
What to expect on a Greyfriars Vineyard tour:
The vineyard tour with wine tasting will take visitors on a relaxed walk through our beautiful vineyards and includes tutored tastings of several of our award winning sparkling and still wines. The tastings will normally take place in the middle of one of our stunning vineyards or, depending on the weather, at an alternative space. Cameras recommended.
Cost £22 per person, approx 90 minutes - 120 minutes. Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for the entire experience including post-tour purchases.
We offer all tour participants a special discount on wine purchased after the tour and you also receive a souvenir Greyfriars tasting glass to take home with you.
Please note that this event takes place mostly outdoors (regardless of the weather) and you will be part of a group tour that involves approximately 500m of walking through the vineyard on slightly bumpy terrain with a moderate incline and sustained periods of standing throughout.
Regretfully, our guided tour and tasting events are not suitable for children under the age of 18 and pets (including dogs).
PLEASE NOTE:
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the event is due to begin. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee late arrivals access to the tour.
Please note that you will be part of a group tour.

TICKET AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on our tour tickets/vouchers. If you do not show up for a tour without letting us know five working days in advance then we are unable to offer any exchange for an alternative tour date. We may cancel the tour due to exceptionally low-enrolment, extreme inclement weather, or any other circumstances which would make the event unviable. We would provide attendees with an alternative date in this case. If a member of your group is unable to attend, we would be happy to offer them an alternative date, provided we are given five working days notice of their absence. We reserve the right to postpone/amend the start time of tours as required.
