What to expect at our Summer Solstice - Partners In Vine event:
Discover the amazing journey we have been on as a small, family vineyard. Our Summer Solstice event will see "Partners In Vine" Owner Mike Wagstaff and Vineyard Manager David Line offer guests a unique window into the history of Greyfriars and how we produce our award-winning sparkling wines. Mike will be pouring a special selection of wines from the cellar that are not served on our regular tours and tastings - including a few of our latest very exciting still wines. David will be bringing his best vineyard chat as he gives you a behind the scenes look into the growing season. This promises to be an amazing event that caters for the casual fizz fan and English wine enthusiasts alike!
Mike will also demonstrate the art of the 'Sabreur' - how to open a sparkling wine bottle…
