What to expect on The Ultimate Experience tour and tasting with Greyfriars Vineyard and Hiver Beer:
Join us here at Greyfriars Vineyard for the VI-Bee treatment with our partner, Hiver Beer! An ultimate day of bees, beers, wines and vines, with a lunch of local cheese and charcuterie added in for good measure! It’ll be a foodie and nature based day out to remember.
Your experience starts with an introduction to all things bees and beekeeping before getting hands on with our hives in the vineyard. Don a beekeeping suit and head over to the hives for a hive inspection - the hives are buzzing with activity and you get a chance to peek inside! Have a go at handling the frames, and finding the Queen Bee herself. Then you'll relax over a tutored beer tasting and food matching session hosted by one of the Hiver Beer experts.
