  • Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation
 
  • Bottled - 2016
 
  • Numbers - 60 bottles
 
  • Disgorged - Spring 2024 onwards
 
  • Dosage - 9g/L
 
  • Released - Autumn 2024. This wine has had a minimum of 8 years on the lees and cork
