For the first time ever, we are releasing our sensational value Non Vintage Cuvee in a limited magnum release. We only made 60 magnums of this wine. Don't miss it. 
 
  • Vintage - 2014, 2015 and 2016
 
  • Vineyard - The grapes came from our 2011 plantings at Greyfriars
 
  • Grape Varieties - 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier
 
  • ABV - 12%
 
  • Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation
 
  • Bottled - May 2017
 
  • Numbers - 200 bottles
 
  • Disgorged - June 2021 onwards
 
  • Released - November 2021. This wine has had a minimum of 48 months on the lees and cork
 
  • Dosage - 5g/litre
 
  • Delivery - Free nationwide delivery on orders of £45 or more
