Non Vintage Sparkling Cuvée
This exceptional value for money English Sparkling Wine won gold at the recent WineGB 2023 Awards. Blending together the three traditional "Champagne" varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages, our NV Sparkling Cuvée was left to age in bottle for two years on its lees.
Tasting Notes & Food Pairing
Fresh and fruity, the wine is soft and dry with intense lemon, apple and mineral flavours.
The crisp finish makes it a perfect aperitif and equally a great wine pairing with light fish dishes or any type of seafood.
Winemaking Technique
The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in staineless steel tanks before bottling. Put through malolactic fermentation
