  • A refined nose combining the flavours of freshly baked pastries and hints of a creamy apple based dessert. On the palate the vibrant citrus notes from the Chardonnay are perfectly harmonised with the gentle softness of the Pinot Noir leading to a luxurious finish reminiscent of baked Braeburn apples.

     

    Tasting Notes featured in Decanter Magazine: (October 2023) It is packed with bruised red apple fruit, and is intensely yeasty and bold with rich, lemon acidity. Beautifully hedonistic and artisanal in style, it's a terric value for a wine with so much character.

     

    WineGB Tasting Notes: "Nose of baked apple/pear, vanilla cream, ginger biscuit. Palate is vinous and taut with broad autolytic palate and incisive acids, balancing richness. Great length."
