A gold winner, our popular NV Sparkling Rosé was bottled in 2018 and matured for 4 years on its lees.

A delicate pale colour, with aromas of summer berries and a fresh fruity palate.
Winemaking Techniques
The grapes were hand picked, crushed and destemmed and soaked in the press for two hours prior to pressing to extract colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and put through malolactic fermentation.
Additional Information
Vintage - 2013 (85%) and 2014 (15%). The grapes come from Greyfriars Shere vineyard and the 2011 planting.
Vineyard - The grapes came from our Monkshatch vineyard on the winery site.
