- Vineyard - The grapes came from our 2011 planting at Greyfriars and our Monkshatch Site
- Grape Varieties - 100% Pinot Noir
- ABV - 12%
- Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation.

- Numbers - 80 bottles
- Disgorged - Spring 2024 onwards
- Released - Autumn 2024. This wine has had a minimum of 6 years on the lees and cork.
