1500ml (twice the size of a standard bottle) of our sensational value Non Vintage Rosé in a limited magnum release.

Vintage - NV

Vineyard - The grapes came from our 2011 planting at Greyfriars and our Monkshatch Site

Grape Varieties - 100% Pinot Noir

ABV - 12%

Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation.

Bottled - 2018

Numbers - 80 bottles

Disgorged - Spring 2024 onwards

Released - Autumn 2024. This wine has had a minimum of 6 years on the lees and cork.
