  • Vintage - NV
 
  • Vineyard - The grapes came from our 2011 planting at Greyfriars and our Monkshatch Site
 
  • Grape Varieties - 100% Pinot Noir
 
  • ABV - 12%
 
  • Winemaking - The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented in stainless steel tank. Put through malolactic fermentation.
 
  • Bottled - 2018
 
  • Numbers -  80 bottles
 
  • Disgorged - Spring 2024 onwards
 
  • Released - Autumn 2024. This wine has had a minimum of 6 years on the lees and cork.
 
  • Dosage - 12g/L
 
  • Delivery - Free nationwide delivery on orders of £60 or more
