The Golden Case
2016 Cuvée Royale
A refined nose combining the flavours of freshly baked pastries and hints of a creamy apple based dessert. On the palate the vibrant citrus notes from the Chardonnay are perfectly harmonised with the gentle softness of the Pinot Noir leading to a luxurious finish reminiscent of baked Braeburn apples.
2015 Blanc de Blancs
This is the sixth release of our vintage Blanc de Blancs and has benefitted from a long cellar ageing softening the acidity and refining the balance of the wine as well as developing its complex flavours. The wine is dry yet the aromas remind us of baked apples and lemon peel, it’s a beautiful wine to drink with food and it will naturally match most fish dishes, and especially those prepared with a creamy sauce or with a hint of spice.
Non-Vintage Sparkling Cuvée
A gold winner, our popular NV Sparkling Rosé was bottled in 2018 and matured for 4 years on its lees. It has a delicate pale colour, with aromas of summer berries and a fresh fruity palate.
