The 2014 Rose Reserve was the proud winner of the 2019 IWC Sparkling Rosé Trophy and we have a limited batch of late disgorged 1500ml magnum (twice the size of a standard bottles) of our library stock!
Late disgorging in this case means that this wine has spent an additional 2+ years on lees compared with our last release of the 2014 vintage, meaning that alongside the beautiful red fruit flavours and freshness this wine is known for, it has developed a wonderful toasty complexity during its extra time gently ageing in the cellar. This combination makes for an incredibly enjoyable and meditative dry sparkling rosé wine.
Great on its own as an aperitif or served up with lighter dishes such as smoked salmon canapés.
